Webinar Kit
Make a webinar's graphics and its run of show from one theme and speaker list.
Working Runs in your browser, and nothing is uploaded. Try it below on sample data.
The problem
Every webinar repeats the same pieces: a title card, name captions, section cards, a call to action, and a run of show written from scratch.
What I built
A tool that makes a matching set of webinar graphics and a timed run of show from the same theme, speakers and sections.
- Change a name, every scene updates
- A run of show with times and cues
- Problems flagged before recording
Features and limits
Built and tested
- Title card, a lower third per speaker (transparent overlay), a card per section and a call-to-action card, all from one theme.
- Change a name, a title or the theme and every scene updates.
- Run of show with start times and cues, from the section lengths and the Q&A time.
- Checks: lower thirds and the title fit (estimated), the run of show adds up to the slot, every section has a speaker.
- Export settings for common destinations, and SVG and CSV exports.
Limits
- Exports graphics and a run of show. Recording and editing are separate steps.
- Text fit is estimated from average glyph widths.
- Export settings are typical published recommendations, rounded; they change, so check the platform's current guidance.
Planned
Tokenized themes, timeline generator and QA checklist.
How to use
- Edit the title, speakers and sections.
- Read the checks, then the run of show.
- Switch the theme to see every scene follow it.
- Export the scenes as SVG and the run of show as CSV.
How it works
- Each scene is an SVG built from the same theme tokens, so consistency is structural.
- Lower thirds size their box to the longer of name and role.
- The run of show is cumulative, so changing one section moves every later cue.
