• Read the plan: stage order, owner and what each stage waits for.
• Tick items done; blocked stages unlock when their prerequisites finish.
• Add a finding and see where it lands.
• Export the CSV.

• Stage order is a topological sort of the trades in use.
• Blocked status is computed from the done state of prerequisite stages.
