The problem
An inspection report lists problems in the order someone walked through the rooms, not the order the work can happen.
What I built
A tool that groups the findings by trade, orders the stages by what depends on what, and keeps blocked stages locked until they can start.

Built and tested
- Findings grouped into stages by trade, ordered so each stage comes after what it depends on (leaks and wiring before plaster, plaster before paint, paint before floors).
- Owners per trade, severity order within a stage.
- Stages stay blocked, and their items locked, until the stages they wait for are done.
- Add findings; export the plan as CSV.
Limits
- Fictional data only: no real addresses, documents or costs.
- Trade dependencies are general rules; real jobs may need a different order.
- No dates or crew calendars yet.

How to use
- Read the plan: stage order, owner and what each stage waits for.
- Tick items done; blocked stages unlock when their prerequisites finish.
- Add a finding and see where it lands.
- Export the CSV.
How it works
- Stage order is a topological sort of the trades in use.
- Blocked status is computed from the done state of prerequisite stages.
