Keep job openings, CV versions and applications in one place.

Working Runs in your browser, and nothing is uploaded. Try it below on sample data.

The problem

A job search spreads across job boards, CV files and notes: which version went where, and what happened after the first call.

What I built

A tool that links openings, CV versions, evidence and applications, and keeps a history that is only ever added to.

  • Which CV went where
  • Skills covered for each role
  • A history that is only added to

Features and limits

Built and tested

  • Roles, CV versions, evidence items and applications, linked and checked: an application must point to a real role and CV version.
  • Coverage per role: which must-have skills each CV version shows evidence for, and what is missing.
  • Stages from saved to closed, moving forward only; every move is appended to the history with a note.
  • Search across roles, companies, locations, skills, notes and history.
  • Export as CSV or JSON.

Limits

  • A tracker you update yourself. It never applies to jobs, sends messages or contacts anyone.
  • No storage in this demo: data lives in the tab until you export it.
  • Coverage matches skill names exactly; it is a prompt to think, not a score of fit.

Planned

Fit signals, evidence traceability and optional import.

How to use
  • Pick an application on the left.
  • Compare CV versions by coverage and choose one.
  • Move it to the next stage with a note; the history grows.
  • Search, then export.
How it works
  • Relations are validated by id; transitions follow a fixed map.
  • State changes return a new object, so earlier history is never edited.
  • All data in the demo is invented.
